Recall the Remains are a 5 piece band who hail from Telford in Shropshire. They have already taken the local scene by storm with crushing live performances and recently won the Wolverhampton Mammothfest battle of the bands competition, thus gaining them a spot on the prestigious festival. They now release their brand new single 'Deadlines'. Right off the bat this songs kicks it into heavy gear, the visceral vocal attack from lead singer Jacob Collins is complemented with melodic vocals from backing vocalist and bass guitarist Jordan Barnes. I always think that if a tune can capture you and keep you within the first 10-20 seconds you’re onto a winner and 'Deadlines' does exactly that with immediate fist pumping riffs and melody. In short this single is yet another statement that 'Recall The Remains' are, and will continue to be, a force to be reckoned with.
